Santhosh hails to a poor family background, he completed his SSC and he couldn’t continue his further studies because he has back locks in Inter and moreover financial crisis. His family consists of six members, father is a retired employer and they depend on his father’s pension. So Santhosh decided to help his family financially. So, Santhosh started searching for job but, he couldn’t get any job because of his lack of skills, he lost confidence of getting a job. Mean while he came to about the training program through training orientation program conducted at Pragthinagar, Nizmabad,. Then he came to STI and joined and has taken training for three months. In these three months he improved his R & AC technical skills, communication skills, computers as well as he got a confidence that he will get a job. After completion of his training he attended for an interview at LG, Hyderabad and he has selected there for a salary of Rs.10383 and incentives. Santhosh is very much happy and he says this all was happened by the help KKR Foundation and trainers who have supported him. It is an unmemorable movement in his life. He feels to be proud to be a member of KKR. Thanks to KKR Foundation who has given him such an encouragement and opportunity. Thank you.
